Refund policy

Payment and Photo Submission

Upon payment, you are required to submit photos as part of the rating process. In the event that you fail to submit your photos within 7 days of payment, Chadify reserves the right to hold the funds indefinitely until the photos are received. We will send you a reminder email if you have not submitted your photos within the 7-day period.

 

Rating Accuracy and Refunds

We strive to provide accurate ratings to all users, but in the rare event that you feel your rating has been incorrectly identified, please contact us here. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for ratings that you feel are inaccurate. It is your responsibility to ensure that the photos you submit are clear and representative of your appearance.  That being said, if you are still concerned with your results, please send us a message here.
